Nicole and Leslie’s wedding at The Vancouver Club was the perfect reflection of classic sophistication, with white and gold details that felt both refined and inviting. It was an honour for our team to bring their vision to life and guide them through every step of the process.

The Vision: Timeless and Elegant

From the very beginning, Nicole and Leslie, knew they wanted a wedding that felt classic, elegant, and refined. Their colour palette of crisp white with gold accents set the tone for a timeless celebration, one that would never go out of style.

While they had ideas about the look and feel they wanted, they weren’t quite sure how to bring all the elements together. That’s where our wedding planning and wedding design expertise came in. We took their inspiration and turned it into a cohesive design plan that beautifully reflected their style: luxurious, romantic, and effortlessly polished.

The Design Details

Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a sense of understated glamour:

White floral arrangements featuring roses, babies breath and orchids adorned the fireplace mantle of their wedding ceremony as well as lined their aisle.
Crisp white linens paired with white draping framed their reception and sweetheart table.
A champagne tower paired with the wedding cake included overflowing white satin ribbon.
A softly lit reception space with candles and warm tones.
Slight bow motif carried through from long flowing chair ribbons to the oversized bow on Nicole’s wedding dress
Name place cards were each personalized to include connections between the guests and the couple.

The result was a classic aesthetic that complemented the elegance of the club venue perfectly. The ballroom’s refined architecture, chandeliers, and dark tones allowed the design to shine without ever feeling overdone.
